How to mark a ticket as unread

Last updated October 7, 2026

Who can use this feature?
Admins and Agents (not Viewers).

Overview

Marking a ticket as unread flags a ticket you have already opened so you can come back to it later. Use it when you open a ticket you cannot answer yet: the ticket shows as unread again in the inbox, so it stays on your radar instead of getting lost while you juggle conversations.
